CANAAN — The non-profit Canaan Farmers Hall will hold a land raffle to finance a handicapped accessible lift in the hall. The 1.28 acre building lot located at 36 Hinckley Road is assessed by the town at $15,000. There are only 200 tickets available for sale at $100 per ticket.
