Aaron M. Lord, 23, Fairfield, possession of marijuana up to 1 1/4 onces, May 3, 2014, in Waterville; dismissed. Use of drug paraphernalia, May 3, 2014, in Waterville; dismissed.
Joseph Robert Mitchell, 24, Portland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 7, 2010, in Oakland; 30 day jail sentence, $542 restitution.
Brandy D. Remmers, 38, Skowhegan, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Aug. 2, 2012, in Waterville, 90 day jail sentence, all but seven days suspended, one year administrative release, $50 restitution.
Jake W. Robinson, 20, Benton; operating while license suspended or revoked, March 10, 2014, in Waterville; dismissed.
Kayla M. Stewart, 19, Fairfield, minor possessing liquor, April 25, 2014, in Waterville; $200 fine.
