The Farmington Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a suspect in a burglary last month.

According to police, Farmington Pawnsters, on Farmington Falls Road, was broken into and someone took jewelery from the building around 1 a.m. July 20.

A $1,000 reward is being offered to anyone providing information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the burglary and for the recovery of the jewelry, Detective Marc Bowering said in a press release.

Bowering said police are not releasing at this time the value of the jewelry or what specifically was taken from the shop.

The Farmington Police Department asks anyone with information to call 778-6311 and ask for Officer Bridgette Gilbert.
