Friday at 10:38 a.m., a 51-year-old Augusta man was issued a summons on Front Street on a charge of violating a city smoking ordinance.
10:48 a.m., a summons was issued to people following a report of suspicious activity on Boothby Street.
2:42 p.m., a caller from Community Drive reported fraud.
7:07 p.m., a Cony Street caller reported theft.
8:35 p.m., a 19-year-old Winthrop man was issued a summons on Stephen King Drive charging him with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
8:39 p.m., criminal trespass was reported on Civic Center Drive.
Saturday at 12:48 a.m., a theft was reported on Water Street.
2:43 a.m., criminal trespass was reported on Middle Street.
ARRESTS
Friday at 9:40 p.m., Nicholas Drayton, 34, of Manchester, was arrested on Western Avenue in Augusta on warrants from Augusta District Court.
11:56 p.m., Billy Ayala Pizarro, 34, of Augusta, was arrested on Water Street in Augusta on a warrant from Kennebec County Superior Court.
Saturday at 11:37 a.m., Judith Kelley, 70, of Augusta, was arrested on Western Avenue in Augusta on a charge of violating conditions of release.
