What is going on? For years, we have been trying to save electricity and now we are getting penalized for it.
Being retired in one of the poorest states in the United States is getting tougher and tougher. I am going back to an antennae system to fight the higher prices of TimeWarner and other cable providers. I am hoping my retirement pension outlasts the increased prices of food, gas and other things. And God forbid I get a third cancer before I pay off the costs of the past ones. And yes, I have taken on a job.
