Thursday, a 2003 Harley-Davidson motorcycle being driven north on Valley Road by a 42-year-old South China man skidded out of control and fell onto its side. The crash occurred when a sweatshirt hanging from the motorcycle seat got caught in the rear tire and locked it up.
