ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Matthew Allen, 36, of Vienna, was arrested on two warrants for charges of failing to appear.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 1:50 p.m., Charles David Perri, 42, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault with prior convictions.
