BETHEL — Nat Crocker had a goal and an assist to lead the Hall-Dale High School boys soccer team to a 2-0 victory over Telstar in Western Class C action Wednesday.

Crocker scored off an assist from Ryan Sinclair seven minutes into the second half to give the Bulldogs (5-0-0) the lead, and later set up Eli Smith on an insurance goal.

Brian Allen faced just two shots and stopped them both to pick up the shutout. Kellen True made 26 saves in the loss for Telstar (0-5-0).

RICHMOND 6, RANGELEY 0: Curtis Anderson scored a pair of goals and Logan Anair added a goal and an assist as Richmond blanked Rangeley for an East/West Conference win.

Logan Vintinner, Matt Rines and Cameron Emmons also found the back of the net for the Bobcats (5-0), while Mike Stewart, Pedro Borgea, Cody Tribbet and Brendan Emmons chipped in with assists. Joe Livera made 10 saves in net for the Lakers (1-2) as Richmond outshot its hosts, 18-0.

DIRIGO 4, HALL-DALE 3: Emma Luedo’s goal with 2 minutes, 30 seconds remaining off a penalty stroke propelled the Cougars past the Bulldogs in Farmingdale.

Hall-Dale (1-5-0) trailed 3-1 at the break, but got goals from Kate Sullivan and Nicole Pelletier — her second of the game — to tie the contest at 3-3 with five minutes remaining in the contest.

Molly French has 19 saves for the Bulldogs in the loss.

OAK HILL 6, TELSTAR 0: Kylee Veilleux poured in two goals and assisted on another to lead the Raiders past the Rangers in Bethel.

Erica Hannigan, Hayley Marshall, Sadie Goulet and Mercedes Pease also scored goals for Oak Hill (6-0-0).

RICHMOND 5, RANGELEY 0: Meranda Martin and Amber Loon each scored twice to lead the visiting Bobcats to the EWC win Tuesday.

Kelsea Anair also scored for Richmond (4-0-0). Destiny Anair and Autumn Acord each had one assist. Kelsie Obi made two saves.

Taylor Esty stopped 12 shots for Rangeley (2-1-0).

WOMEN’S FIELD HOCKEY

COLBY 5, UMF 0: Megan Fortier had two goals and an assist to lead Colby past the University of Maine at Farmington 5-0 in non-conference field hockey action Wednesday night.

Misha Strage, Caitlin Guiney and McKayla Blanch also had a goal apiece for the Mules (3-2). Sarah Evans stopped two shots.

Patty Smith and Winthrop graduate Alyssa Arsenault combined to make 17 saves for the Beavers (3-2).

WOMEN’S SOCCER

ST. JOSEPH’S 1, THOMAS 0: Anela Valenti scored off an assist from Stacy Anuszewski to lead the Monks to the win in Standish.

Brooke Troup made three saves for St. Joe’s (4-4-0, 1-0-0). Paige Leary stopped 20 shots for Thomas (3-4-0, 0-0-0).

MEN’S SOCCER

UM-MACHIAS 5, UNITY 2: Jairo Castillo and Juan Solares each scored two goals to lead the Clippers to the win in Unity.

Haidar Al-Freihy added a goal for UMM (4-0-0, 3-0-0) while Solares chipped in with an assist. Everett Senetar stopped two shots.

For Unity (2-5-0, 2-1-0), Jacob Scoville scored both goals. Clark Crawford had an assist while Brendan Wallace made six saves in net.
