IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 9:03 a.m., a caller from Dixon Terrace reported receiving a harassing or obscene phone call.

8:12 p.m., a caller from Halifax Street reported an unwanted person on the premises.

Wednesday at 1:31 a.m., an assault was reported on South Garand Street.

ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 3:55 p.m., Kevin M. Estes, 60, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of violation of protection order.
