Sunday, a man reported a missing 25-horsepower Evinrude boat motor. The man told police he was towing his boat from the town landing in Richmond to Dresden when he noticed the outboard was missing. The motor is white and silver and worth about $100.

ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Monday at 9:44 p.m., Larry M. Trott, 67, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of violation of probation by police responding to a report of an assault on Swan Street.

Tuesday at 12:40 a.m., Alexander Arthur Meserve, 21, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and violating conditions of release by police responding to a complaint about trespassing on Mount Vernon Avenue.
