The city of Augusta is fortunate to have the caliber of candidate for Augusta City Council that Linda Conti promises to be.
Linda is smart, blunt and candid. As a member of the Planning Board, she has always given thoughtful consideration to every application. As an attorney, she understands the importance of following the residents’ blueprint for smart growth as set forth in the Comprehensive Plan. When she spots contradictions, such as aspects that compromise safety for the motoring or pedestrian public, endanger neighborhoods or other shortfalls, she says so. When Linda speaks, members of the Planning Board listen.
With Linda’s careful attention to detail and practical consideration of facts, the entire city will benefit from her election to the Augusta City Council. Ward 1 has a truly outstanding candidate, Linda Conti, to represent them.
