ARRESTS
IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday, Lloyd Webster, 51, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of failing to comply with the sex offender registry.
IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 9:40 p.m., Randy Boivin, 36, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.
11:44 p.m., Anthony W. Roberts, 21, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant.
