5:54 p.m., Lannette M. Cloutier, 33, of Jefferson, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to a report of disorderly conduct on Washington Street.

CHELSEA

Tuesday at 10:18 a.m., Rodney Joseph Strout, 35, of Chelsea, was charged with violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
