ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, at 10:29 p.m. Friday William Foster, 34, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

At 9:46 a.m. Saturday, Russell Leo Copp, 33, of Mexico, was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with the sex-offender registry act.
