I wish to thank University of Maine in Augusta and others who arranged Wednesday night’s mayoral debate. It was a great opportunity to understand the candidates’ positions on a variety of issues. I was impressed with Dave Rollins knowledge of the issues and his vision for Augusta. I appreciate his interest in balancing the needs of private enterprise with the stability of our neighborhoods as well as the importance of preserving our history. I’ll be voting for Dave on Nov. 4, and I hope you will too.
