ARRESTS

Thursday at 1:10 p.m., Elizabeth A. Munster, 33, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release by police responding to a report of shoplifting on Stephen King Drive.

1:17 p.m., Keli W. White, 31, of Augusta, was arrested on two warrants, and William J. Grondin, 52, of Belgrade, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, two charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and on three warrants by police responding to a report of a disorderly house on Crosby Street.

2:57 p.m., Charles Brent Davis, 44, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release, indecent conduct and criminal mischief by police responding to a report of suspicious activity on Western Avenue.
