AUGUSTA — Cheryl A. Culbert, 55, of Augusta, was sentenced Monday to 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year probation after she was convicted of operating under the influence.

Culbert was convicted by a jury following a one-day trial Oct. 29 in Kennebec County Superior Court.

She was fined $900 and her license and registration privileges were suspended for three years.

The offense occurred Feb. 9 in Augusta.
