ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Thursday, Arther Knight, 37, of Phillips, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of unpaid fines or fees.

Glen Rackliffe, 55, of Strong, was arrested on the charge of possession of a firearm by a felon.

Clifford Cavanaugh, 33, of Phillips, was arrested on the charge of failing to appear.

Nicole Waas, 29, of Phillips, was arrested on the charge of operating after habitual offender revocation.

Brent Adams, 40, of Phillips, was arrested on the charge of unpaid fines or fees.

Bart Holmquist, 32, of Peru, was arrested on a Texas warrant for driving while intoxicated.

Patrick Catherwood, 34, of Jay, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 1:06 a.m., Breezy Spirit Condon, 20, of Pittsfield, arrested on charges of operating under the influence (no test) in Pittsfield and refusing to submit to arrest.

9:38 a.m., Nicole M. Luckern, 24, of Fairfield, arrested on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, with a prior offense, and on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

10:02 a.m., Jason Allen Keaten, 35, of Skowhegan, arrested on a probation violation.
