ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 3:20 a.m., Dylan Almon Brown, 22, of Madison, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief, criminal trespassing and refusing to submit to arrest.

10:24 a.m., Nicholas Martin, 43, of Smithfield, was arrested on the charge of domestic violence assault.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 8:35 p.m., Dana Kitchin, 64, of Waterville, was arrested on the charge of theft with two prior convictions.

9:40 p.m., Kevin R. Lambert, 45, of Winslow, was arrested on charges of criminal operating under the influence and operating after suspension.
