I am a believer that seat belts should be a personal choice. A perfect example is the bad accident in Richmond last week — if they had been in seat belts, they would not have survived. All you had to do was look at the picture of the SUV.
I have another thought, now that the price of gas has gone down, why has food gone up? It was always blamed on the high price of gas. What is the excuse now?
