Nov. 24, Nicholas Stoddard, 20, of Whitefield, a passenger in a vehicle stopped by a state trooper in China, was arrested and taken to Kennebec County jail on charges of possession of marijuana and violating conditions of release. The driver was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia before being released from the scene.

Wednesday at 10 a.m., David Pelletier, 59, of Lewiston, was arrested on a warrant following a motor vehicle stop in Monmouth.

Saturday at 9:16 a.m., Scott Andrew Carney, 38, of Manchester, was arrested on Kennison Street, Manchester, on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Sunday at 8 p.m., Robert Bruce Orr, 62, of Rome, was arrested on Mercer Road, Rome, and charged with operating under the influence.

4:26 p.m., George Killam, 28, of Vassalboro, was arrested on a warrant from Rockland District Court at Eastern Avenue and Stone Street in Augusta following a motor vehicle accident. Lloyd Killam, 32, of Dexter, was summonsed on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation.
