Brian Mitchell, 26, of Strong, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence.

Rebekah Brown, 40, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of violating a condition of release.

Sunday, Samantha Buchanan, 24, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of operating after suspension.
