NEWCASTLE — Tapestry Singers will give their holiday concert at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, and 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 21, at the Second Congregational Church, 51 Main St.

The concert will feature The First Nowell by Ralph Vaughan Williams and sacred and secular holiday fare, including some Hanukkah pieces, according to a news release. A small orchestra will augment the work of accompanist Sean Fleming. Featured soloists are soprano Amy Lalime and bass-baritone John David Adams.

The group is directed by Beth Preston.

Tickets cost $15 and are free for students and are available at Maine Coast Book Shop in Damariscotta and Now You’re Cooking in Bath. For more information, call 563-3719.
