AUGUSTA — The Children’s Discovery Museum, 171 Capitol St., announced in a news release it will hold a book reading at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9.

Author Lynne Plourde and illustrator Russ Cox will read the new Christmas book, “Merry Moosey Christmas.” Books will be available for sale and attendees can register to win a free signed copy.
