HALLOWELL
Saturday at 4:03 p.m. a 21-year-old Farmingdale woman was issued a summons charging her with operating after license suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Winthrop Street.
ARREST
Sunday at 1:05 a.m., Kelvin Santiago-Madera, 25, of Bronx, N.Y., was arrested on Bangor Street, Augusta, on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.
