ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 3:55 p.m., Justin Bradford Lewis, 28, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees on two counts.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 5:00 p.m., David Gonzalez, 33, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of theft on Western Avenue.

10:00 p.m., Joshua Johnston, 29, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant on Western Court.
