IN OAKLAND, Friday at 9:22 a.m., a case involving forgery or fraud was reported at Oakland Savings Bank of Maine on Main Street. The caller requested to see an officer about someone who opened an account, deposited fraudulent checks and wrote checks from the account, which had no money in it, the report said.

Saturday at 9:46 a.m., a caller from Fieldstone Drive reported receiving a harassing or obscene phone call.

Colleen E. Cheadle, 34, of Chesterville, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines.
