ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday, Daniel Tracy, 29, of Farmington, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear.

Tuesday, Jason Butterfield, 34, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of operating after suspension.

IN WINSLOW, Monday at 3:54 p.m., Paul Robert Carpenter, 51, of Clinton, was arrested on a warrant related to unpaid fines.
