JAY — Senior Nason Lanphier scored a game-high 23 points and Justin Martin finished with a double-double as the Winslow boys basketball team grabbed a 65-59 win over Spruce Mountain in a Class B game Wednesday night.

Martin finished with 12 points and 13 rebounds to go along with five steals.

Lanphier also had five assists while Colby Robertson had 11 points for the Black Raiders (4-0).

Deonte Ring scored a game-high 21 points to pace Spruce Mountain (2-2).

EDWARD LITTLE 60, MT. BLUE 39: The Red Eddies turned a four-point halftime lead into a 21-point Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A victory Tuesday night in Farmington.

Ian Mileikis (27) and Kaleb Martin (23) combined for 50 of Edward Little’s (4-0) 60 points in the win.

Zach Mittelstadt was the lone Mt. Blue (1-2) player in double figures with 16.

HYDE (Bath) 61, TEMPLE 30: Antoine Montgomery and Noah Horning each scored 14 points to lead Hyde to the Western D victory.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

OAK HILL 57, LISBON 27: Bri Mulherin scored a game-high 19 points and pulled down eight rebounds to lead Oak Hill in Lisbon.

Sadie Goulet added 11 points for the Raiders (4-0) while Grace Sabine chipped in with eight points and seven rebounds. Mia Durgin led Lisbon (0-3) with seven points.

EDWARD LITTLE 51, MT. BLUE 42: Emily Jacques scored 15 points and Tianna Harriman added 11 to pace the Red Eddies to the KVAC A win Tuesday night in Auburn. Eryn Doiron scored 14 points and had five rebounds to lead the Cougars (1-1). Addie Brinkman had 11 points and eight rebounds as well.

HYDE (Bath) 43, TEMPLE 29: Lilli Allen scored a game-high 19 points and Kristine Bailey added 10 to lead Hyde to the Western D victory.

SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 40, WINSLOW 32: Emily Keene scored a game-high 11 points and Samantha Richards chipped in with 11 as Spruce Mountain prevailed.

Amanda Castonguay scored seven points for the Phoenix, who improved to 5-0.

Delaney Wood scored nine points and Heather Kervin added eight to pace the Raiders (2-2).

BOYS HOCKEY

BREWER 4, WINSLOW 2: Zac Duncan scored with under a minute left in regulation to snap a 2-2 game and help the Witches earn the Eastern B victory. Brewer improved to 3-0-0 while Winslow dropped to 1-2-0.
