ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Thursday at 11:54 a.m., Scott D. Babineau, 25, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant on North Belfast Avenue.

1:06 p.m., Brooke Frost, 24, of Palermo, was arrested on charges of theft and violating conditions of release by police responding to a shoplifting complaint on Stephen King Drive.

8:02 p.m., Kimberly A. Macintyre, 41, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant on Water Street.

Friday at 1:24 a.m., Alyssa J. Bennett, 19, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and minor consuming/possessing liquor by police responding to a report of an assault on Western Avenue. A 28-year-old Augusta man was at the same time charged with furnishing liquor to a minor and possessing an open alcoholic container on a public way.

GARDINER
