PITTSFILED — Sebasticook Valley Health invites tobacco users to “Take the Next Step” in becoming tobacco free in 2015.
The four-week program can help people who are thinking about stopping their use of tobacco, according to a news release from SVH. The goal is to help prepare for the next step with tools and a plan to be successful at each person’s own pace.
The class, offered through School Administrative District 53 Adult Education, will begin Jan. 7 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and will meet weekly thorugh Feb. 18, 2015, at Warsaw Middle School. Cost is $20.
