7:57 p.m., Micah Justin Lavalley, 26, of Waterville, was summoned on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

ARRESTS

IN OAKLAND, Saturday, Bethmarie Retamozzo, 36, of Oakland, was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violation of conditions of release.

Derek S. Sterling, 47, of Oakland, was arrested on the charge of assault.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday, Mark Stenson, 62, of Rangeley, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence with one prior conviction.

Saturday, Connor L. Farrington, 18, of West Farmington, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence.

David Toothaker, 30, of Dallas Plantation, was arrested on the charge of domestic violence terrorizing and domestic violence assault.
