IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 12:01 a.m., Jeremy Ryan, 29, of Hartland, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

12:35 a.m., Bradley S. McDougall, 37, of Stratton, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence with one prior.

3:41 p.m., Tyler Kenneth Dorsey, 26, of Hinckley, was arrested on a charge of theft.
