Saturday at 6:14 p.m., three people were arrested at the Kennebec County jail on State Street. Kevin M. Swift Jr., 23, of Whitefield, was charged with violating bail. Jovan Jared Calhoun, 31, of Lewiston, and Antesly May Bellows, 36, of Waterville, were each charged with failure to appear.

Sunday at 4:26 p.m., Bobby Lee Young, 26, of Augusta, was arrested on warrants on Civic Center Drive.

4:59 p.m., Krystal A. Lavallee, 36, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer by police responding to a shoplifting complaint on Cony Street.

10:27 p.m., Sophia Kim MacFarlane, 31, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and sale and use of drug paraphernalia by police responding to a report of suspicious activity on Bridge Street.
