LISBON — Luke Thombs scored 15 points and Nick Menice added 11 to lead the Monmouth boys basketball team to a 38-35 victory over Lisbon in a Mountain Valley Conference game Thursday night.

Hunter Richardson added five points for the Mustangs (7-5), which led 17-10 at the half and 23-18 heading into the fourth quarter.

Johnny Yim and Josh Huston each scored nine points to lead the Greyhounds (3-10).

OAK HILL 43, CARRABEC 23: Dalton Therrien scored 15 points and Adam Merrill added nine to lead the Raiders to an MVC victory in North Anson.

Drew Gamache scored eight points for Oak Hill (3-10) as well.

Dustin Crawford and Will Crawford each scored seven points to lead Carrabec (1-11).

HALL-DALE 66, TELSTAR 45: Wesley Lapointe finished with 20 points and eight rebounds to lead the Bulldogs in Farmingdale.

Bryson Camp scored 12 points while Nate Mills added 10 for Hall-Dale (7-4).

Avery Griffin and Mike Dougherty each scored 10 points for Telstar (4-9).

MADISON 71, MT. ABRAM 26: Chase Malloy scored 14 points to lead the Bulldogs in Madison.

Noah Shibley scored eight points while Nick Morales added seven for Madison (11-2).

Quinton Hanna scored 16 points for Mt. Abram (3-9).

GIRLS BASKETBALL

HALL-DALE 61, TELSTAR 35: Nicole Pelletier had 14 points, nine rebounds and five assists to lead the Bulldogs to the MVC victory in Farmingdale.

Eva Shepherd also had a big night, scoring four points to go along with seven rebounds and six steals.

Dani Sweet scored a game-high 18 points for Hall-Dale (7-3).

Becca Howard scored 21 to lead Telstar (0-10).
