Sunday at 2:50 p.m., Keith Allen Childs, 45, of Chelsea, was arrested on warrants and a new charge of theft by police responding to a shoplifting complaint on Civic Center Drive.
9:45 p.m., Adam J. Flaherty Jr., 18, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and minor consuming liquor by police responding to a report of a disturbance on State Street.
