5:45 p.m., John Olin Ellis Jr., 48, of no known address, was arrested on a warrant on State Street.
Thursday at 5:21 a.m., Dennis McGee, 48, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to a report of a disturbance on State Street.
