The Women of Whitefield, a local women’s group, will host an appreciation evening for the town’s fire and rescue workers Monday, March 9.

The celebration begins at 6:30 p.m. at the central fire station on Townhouse Road. The event will include refreshments and an opportunity to thank the volunteers for a challenging winter of fighting fires and responding to neighbors in need.

All community members are invited and encouraged to attend and express their appreciation to Whitefield’s dedicated volunteers.
