Feb. 25, a 1998 Ford Escort being driven south on Waldoboro Road by a 41-year-old Vassalboro man hit a 2009 Ford Ranger being driven by an 85-year-old Jefferson man when the Ranger exited a driveway near Village Street into the Escort’s path.

Monday at 5:33 p.m., Donald Harris Parsons III, 34, of Windsor, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing a report of a crime by police responding to a complaint on Windsor Neck Road.

WINTHROP

Monday at 3 a.m., Jeannie Van-Deventer, 51, of Winthrop, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence after crashing her car on Winthrop Center Road.
