AUGUSTA – A number of people were sentenced in separate cases Monday in Augusta District and Kennebec County Superior courts at the Capital Judicial Center.

• Melanie A. Belisle, 42, of Sidney, failure to register vehicle Jan. 29 in Augusta; $100 fine.

• Rebecca J. Blake, 60, of Gardiner, operating under the influence Jan. 29 in Gardiner; 12-hour jail sentence, credit for 12 hours served, $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.

• Blake Davis, 26, of Portland, failure to register vehicle Jan. 20 in Hallowell; $100 fine.

• Kyle S. Elvin, 20, of Augusta, possession of marijuana Feb. 1 in Windsor; $350 fine.

• Richard Gagne, 50, of Farmingdale, using counterfeit inspection sticker Dec. 10, 2014, in Farmingdale; $150 fine.

• Alesia Norling, 42, of Edgecomb, failure to register vehicle Jan. 31 in Pittston; $100 fine.

• Michael E. Parent, 25, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 30, 2014, in Manchester; 180-day jail sentence, all suspended, one year administrative release.

• Jordan Norman, 21, of Veazie, possession of a usable amount of marijuana less than 2½ ounces Dec. 13, 2014, in Augusta; $100 fine.

• Joseph S. Perrow, 26, of Readfield, failure to provide and display snowmobile registration Feb. 5 in Readfield; $100 fine.

• Benjamin M. Smith, 19, of Carver, Mass., unlawful possession of scheduled drug Nov. 21, 2014, in Gardiner; $750 fine.

• Amy J. Weeks, 41, of Whitefield, operating vehicle without a license Jan. 26 in Pittston; $100 fine.

• Bernard R. Weymouth Sr., 52, of Winthrop, failure to register vehicle Jan. 16 in Winthrop; $100 fine.
