IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 4:07 p.m., Brandon Bickford, 21, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant on College Avenue.
10:26 p.m., Ryan Turner, 46, of Nashua, N.H., was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on Front Street.
Friday at 1:07 a.m., Samantha Riddle, 22, of Rome, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on Silver Street.
