IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 1:36 p.m., Todd Whitman, 28, of Hermon, was arrested on a charge of violating a protective order.

2:13 p.m., Scott Allen Tibbetts, 41, of Anson, was arrested on a motion to revoke probation for a gross sexual assault charge.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 4:07 p.m., Brandon Bickford, 21, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant on College Avenue.

10:26 p.m., Ryan Turner, 46, of Nashua, N.H., was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on Front Street.

Friday at 1:07 a.m., Samantha Riddle, 22, of Rome, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on Silver Street.

3:30 a.m., Peter Ouellette, 44, no address listed, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and refusing to submit to arrest on Sanger Avenue.

IN WINSLOW, Thursday at 6:16 p.m. Sterling Hazen Hartin, 21, of 515 Maple Ridge Road, was arrested on North Pond Road on a charge of aggravated domestic violence assault.
