LEEDS — The fourth annual Rural Community Action Ministry’s Auction for Action will begin at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 25, at the Leeds Community Church, 123 Church Hill Road. Proceeds of the auction will provide services for the most vulnerable residents in RCAM’s 13-town service area, according to a news release from ministry.

Music, refreshments, preview of the live auction items, and the silent auction will begin at 6 p.m., with the live auction beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Errol “Abe” Additon will be the auctioneer and singer-songwriter Mike Ladd from Wayne will provide the entertainment. Refreshments will be provided.

Admission cost $10 for adults and is free for children younger than 12.

Auction items include a handmade quilt, blueberries, a cord of firewood, loaf of homemade bread, set of Italian pottery espresso cups, something for pets, or a specialty basket filled with Cabot cheese, gift certificates to a wide variety of businesses and goods and services and more.
