IN OAKLAND, Tuesday at 5:44 p.m., Melanie A. Salley, 29, of Sawtelle Road, was arrested on Heath Street on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 1:06 p.m., George Joseph Cluney, 44, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two warrants for unpaid fines for cultivating marijuana and unlawful possession of a gift deer.

2:20 p.m., Robert Arthur Robinson, 46, of Chelsea, was arrested on a writ.

6:17 p.m., Natasha L. Vicnaire, 26, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of theft.
