IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., Aaron P. Ouellette, 20, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.

11:33 p.m., Shawn Clyde Towers, 26, of New Portland, was arrested on four warrants for failure to appear in court.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 7:40 p.m., Nelcie Souffrant, 25, of 125 E. Marshall St., Hempstead, N.Y., was arrested on Center Street on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention and theft by deception.

Also at 7:40 p.m., Nickson Souffrant, 26, of 125 E. Marshall St., Hempstead, N.Y., was arrested on Center Street on a charge of theft by deception.
