An American Cancer Society Relay for Life monthly team meeting for anyone interested in helping win the fight against cancer is planned for 6 p.m. Monday, April 13. The meeting will be at the Manchester Fire Station, 37 Readfield Road, Manchester, according to a news release from the society.
Those who attend can learn about this year’s Relay for Life event set for noon to midnight Saturday, June 20, which raises funds for American Cancer Society. Cancer survivors are encouraged to participate in the survivor ceremony from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. the day of relay. Individuals and/or teams can register at visitrelayforlife.org/greateraugustame.
