ARRESTS

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 12:35 a.m., Andrew Smith, 21, of Lisbon Road, Lisbon, was arrested on Main Street on charges of violating conditions of release, operating after suspension, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in dangerous knives.
