I am a man in my mid-60s. Sometimes, I will think young, and try to do some of the things I did in the past. I thought it was only me, and how I was feeling. But it wasn’t just me, it is everyone.

One good reason is the media. The books and newspapers that we read will have healthy tips for us to follow. The TV stations are showing TV shows that I would watch back when they first came out. Let us not forget some of the radio stations that are playing the songs of the ’60s and ’70s.

With all that in our world today, it is no wonder that we all feel young. I go to a gym and workout three days a week. I am on oxygen, and I bring my tank with me. I do not let being on oxygen stop me from enjoying my life. There are other people there older than me, and we all have fun doing our exercises and getting healthy.

I will thank the media and other sources for making us seniors feel like kids again. Yes, 60 is the new 40, or younger.
