IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 11:56 a.m., Randolph Scott Dodge, 45, of Burnham, was arrested on a probation revocation.

11:58 a.m., Frederick Horne, 47, of Gardiner, was arrested on a warrant on a charge of failing to appear.

Saturday at 1:46 a.m., Stephen M. Friend, 44, of Anson, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence with a prior conviction.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 1:33 a.m., Joseph M. Cummings, 23, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of criminal operating under the influence.
