Oklahoma is the second state to ban dismemberment abortions, the most common form of second-trimester abortion, according to a LifeSiteNews report. Kansas was the first.

Gov. Mary Fallin signed the Unborn Child Protection From Dismemberment Abortion Act into law on April 13, protecting that state’s babies from dilation and evacuation (D&E) abortion, which tortures unborn babies by tearing them apart limb-from-limb. Let us pray that all 50 states will adopt this anti-torture law.

D&E abortion accounts for about 96 percent of all second-trimester abortions, according to the training textbook of The National Abortion Federation. That’s an estimated 100,000 abortions per year.

I can just imagine the cry that would go up if 100,000 puppy dogs were tortured to death by being torn apart, limb from limb.

According to America’s largest abortion provider in its 2013-2014 annual report, Planned Parenthood did 327,653 abortions in 2013, when it also received $528 million in federal funding, more than $1.4 million per day.

Even though technically “nonprofit,” Planned Parenthood reported more than $127 million in excess revenue and $1.4 billion in net assets. More than 41 percent of its income comes from U.S. taxpayers.

As we often hear: “We’re from the government, and we’re here to help you.” Your tax money at work.
