ARRESTS

Tuesday at 8:58 p.m., Andrew R. Gagnon, 33, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant by police responding with rescue to a report of an overdose on South Belfast Avenue.

Wednesday at 1:57 a.m., Malcolm Robert Moore, 41, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant on State Street.

Wednesday at 12:52 a.m., April Marie Dupont, 36, of Farmingdale, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release, domestic violence assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention by police responding to a report of an unwanted person on Norway Drive.
